Indulge in delights from esteemed local producers such as Roland Range Meats nestled at the foothills of Mount Roland, Cape Grim Beef renowned for its pristine air at Tasmania’s north-western tip, and renowned cheeses from King Island. Fresh organic vegetables and salmon sourced from the cool waters of the west coast complete this culinary journey.
