Wine Maker Degustation Dinners: These dinners provide a rare opportunity to enjoy a fine, five-course degustation menu using local produce to compliment some of Tasmania’s finest local wines. Meet Tasmania’s top winemakers and learn about the perfect pairing of food and wine. The five-course degustation dinner includes starter, entree, sorbet, main course and dessert with a glass of wine to accompany each course. $150 per person with a minimum of one night accommodation. Ask our Reservation staff for dates.

Spa Package: relax and indulge ….. add a comprehensive spa treatment to your accommodation package at the Waldheim Alpine Spa. We strongly recommend advance bookings to avoid disappointment.

Signature Wine and Cheese Tasting: Taste six lovingly handcrafted Tasmanian wines accompanied by three boutique cheeses which showcase Tasmania’s reputation for gourmet produce. Our host will guide you through the history and individuality of Tasmania’s wine and cheese industry. $38 per person. Presented daily from 5pm to 6pm.

Children 12 years and under stay and eat breakfast free when using existing bedding. Additional charge of $30 – applies to children using rollaways (charge includes breakfast). When only one adult is travelling with children the room rate for One Person will apply, plus relevant charge for any additional bedding. Extra Person rates apply to additional adults (beyond 2 adults per room) for either existing bedding or rollaways (rate includes breakfast).

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST. A credit card is required as guarantee at time of booking. Payment can be made via EFTPOS, direct electronic funds transfer or credit card. A transaction fee of 1.5% will apply to all credit card payments and is in addition to the quoted price.
