Join us at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge, one of Tasmania’s iconic wilderness experiences, as we celebrate the 20th year of Tasmania’s premier culinary event ‘Tastings at the Top’. Our gourmet extravaganza rates among the country’s best food and wine experiences; a 2-day festival celebrating the finer things in life – a chance a celebrate the very best Tasmanian produce.
Tastings at the Top kicks off with a welcome toast and a chance to meet our host Peter Bourne, ‘The Wine Man’, then marvel at the sumptuous buffet presented by our Executive Chef Jee Whan Lee . Saturday is a day devoted to the very best produce that Tasmania has to offer, and in the evening you have the rare opportunity to enjoy an elegant 5 course degustation menu featuring local Tasmanian produce, complimented by some of the finest Tasmanian wines. This 2 night package is a chance to meet the makers and indulge the senses.
