Join us this September at Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge, one of Tasmania’s iconic wilderness experiences, as we celebrate the 22nd year of Tasmania’s premier culinary event ‘Tastings at the Top’. Our gourmet extravaganza rates among the country’s best food and wine experiences; a 2-day festival celebrating fine culinary and wine and an opportunity to celebrate the very best Tasmanian produce.
“Tastings at the Top 2016” begins late on Friday afternoon with a welcome cocktail party hosted by General Manager: Jason Cooley, followed by a delicious dinner ‘presented by our Executive Chef: Karl Wulf. Saturday is a full day devoted to the very best produce that Tasmania has to offer, culminating in a grand dinner on Saturday night, that will absolutely blow your culinary mind.
You will have the opportunity when booking, to select the culinary activities and options you would like to experience during the weekend. These may include a cooking masterclass with our Executive Chef, or a wine & cheese tasting with local producers and winemakers, plus many other options that will delight your tastebuds, excite your soul and inspire your senses. The full program of events and options are currently being finalised and will be available soon.
The package price will include 2 nights’ accommodation at Cradle Mountain Lodge, the General Manager’s Welcome Cocktail Party, the Friday night welcome dinner and the Grand Dinner on the Saturday night, plus breakfast daily and the activities you select as part of the program.
