Wine Maker Degustation Dinners

These dinners provide a rare opportunity to enjoy a fine, five-course menu using local produce to complement some of Tasmania’s finest local wines. Meet Tasmania’s top winemakers and learn about the perfect pairing of food and wine.

The five-course degustation dinner includes starter, entrée, sorbet, main course and dessert with a glass of wine accompanying each course.

The degustation dinners are available at the cost of $150 per person, with a minimum one night accommodation only. Take advantage of our special Winter Wonderland rates from 1st May until 30th September 2012 from only $125 per person, twin share including full Lodge breakfast.
